"OTR" Ministry Is a Texas based non-profit corporation whose purpose is to hold and conduct
prison revivals and services, teach life skills to inmates, assist in aftercare,
conduct church revivals, tent revivals, motorcycle
rallies, pastoral care, nursing home services, hospital visits, baptisms,
weddings and funerals.

The management of the affairs of the corporation are conducted by the Board
of Directors
as set forth in "On the Road" bylaws.
