Missions Division

 "On the Road" Ministry has a church in St. Petersburg, Russia which was started by Rev. Andrew Rasshivaev and Rev. Lyons early in 1994. "OTR" has ongoing missions to Russia. We have plans on expanding our Missions Division in the near future.
